Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping confirmation is sent. After dispatch, please use our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
Contact us immediately at info@aromevia.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. Once shipped, the carrier may offer rerouting options.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free shipping on all orders. Handling time is 1–2 business days; transit time is typically 2–4 business days.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days (handling + transit). Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons may affect timelines.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with UPS and Fedex for reliable, trackable delivery.
My package is late or lost—what can I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within two days of the expected date, contact us. We’ll investigate with UPS and Fedex. If confirmed lost, you may choose a refund or replacement.

How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
