30-Day Return Policy

We provide a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return or issue a refund.

  • Only returns related to damaged products or incorrect items sent are accepted.

  • Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or other reasons will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

  2. Approval

    • Our customer service team will review your request and confirm whether your return is eligible.

    • If approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

    • Since we operate with different return addresses in different countries, the return location will be given on demand, based on your region.

  3. Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to damage or wrong item, Aromevia will cover the return shipping costs.

    • You must return the item in its original packaging and condition.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment only.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if you received a defective or incorrect product.

  • If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Items not returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period.
