30-Day Return Window
At Aromevia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day after delivery to return your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aromevia.com for a hassle-free process.
Return Policy Conditions

- Manufacturer’s seals must remain intact.
- No damage caused by customer handling or use.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
Once received and inspected by our team, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for incorrect or defective items. If you received the wrong product or your item is defective, please contact us at info@aromevia.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
Returns Due to Customer Error
If a return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You have 30 days to return faulty items for a full refund or replacement. In such cases, shipping costs are covered by Aromevia.
Order Cancellation

Lost Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We’ll investigate with UPS, and if confirmed lost, you can choose a refund or replacement.
