Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a UPS or Fedex tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time on the UPS and Fedex website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after pickup.
Order Changes
Need an adjustment or cancellation? Contact us before 6:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. After an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the address, contents, or cancel the shipment.
Missing Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we’ll investigate with UPS or Fedex. For “Delivered” scans you can’t locate, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building/concierge first.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, inner packaging, and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
